长颈鹿总科（学名：Giraffoidea）为有角下目下的一个总科，包含了梯角鹿科、叉角羚科与长颈鹿科，仅存的现存种包括叉角羚、长颈鹿以及霍加狓。梯角鹿属，即现在的梯角鹿科的模式属，最初被归入古鹿科（英语：Palaeomerycidae），后来又归入长颈鹿科，现在则属于自立的梯角鹿科，置于长颈鹿总科下。
