1992年波斯尼亚与黑塞哥维那独立公投于1992年2月29日至3月1日举行。1990年波黑进行首次自由选举之后，由于民族之间关系日益紧张，南斯拉夫开始解体。波斯尼亚克人和波斯尼亚与黑塞哥维那的克罗地亚人支持波黑从南斯拉夫独立，而波斯尼亚与黑塞哥维那的塞尔维亚人则强烈反对独立并杯葛这次投票。

这次公投的投票率只有63.4%（由于不到三分之二，因此被质疑有效性），99.7%的投票人支持波黑独立。4月6日，美国和欧洲共同体承认波黑独立。5月22日，联合国承认波黑独立。随后爆发波斯尼亚战争。
