葛蕾蒂丝·奈特与种子合唱团（英语：Gladys Knight & the Pips）是来自美国乔治亚州亚特兰大的R&B/灵魂乐家族音乐组合，从成立到解散的三十年间一直活跃于音乐榜单与巡回表演中。

在1952年成立时是以种子合唱团（英语：The Pips）之名开始，其创始成员包括葛蕾蒂丝·奈特、她的哥哥“Bubba”梅罗德·奈特、妹妹布兰达·奈特（Brenda Knight）、以及她们的表兄弟艾利诺（Eleanor Guest）与威廉·格斯特。经过几年在才艺秀上的表演，他们于1957年与布伦瑞克唱片签约，录制了几张未能成功的单曲。布兰达·奈特和艾利诺·格斯特在1959年由另一位表亲艾德华·帕顿和无血缘关系的兰斯顿·乔治（Langston George）取代。1961年，组合录制了此阵容的单曲〈Every Beat of My Heart〉，并在三个不同的唱片厂牌之下发行，而他们也在此时改名为葛蕾蒂丝·奈特与种子合唱团。兰斯顿·乔治于同年离团，葛蕾蒂丝·奈特则因与音乐家吉米·纽曼（Jimmy Newman）结婚而在隔年退出。葛蕾蒂丝在1964年回归后组合便持续这个阵容直到1989年解散为止。
