保和省^[5]，或稱薄荷省^[6]（宿霧語：Lalawigan sa Bohol；他加祿語：Lalawigan ng Bohol）是菲律賓中米沙鄢大區下的一個省份，由保和島（或稱薄荷島）和75個小島組成^[7]，首府為塔比拉蘭市。

保和省為一級收入省份（英語：Municipalities of the Philippines#Income classification），分為3個立法區（英語：Legislative districts of Bohol），包含1個構成市（英語：Cities of the Philippines）和47個自治市（英語：Municipalities of the Philippines）^[8]，共下轄1109個描籠涯^[9]。

保和省的海灘與度假村是受到許多人喜愛的旅遊勝地^[10]，眾多景點和潛水中心遍布南部海灘。其主島保和島上有著名的巧克力山，為省內最受歡迎的景點；塔比拉蘭市西南邊的邦勞島則以潛水運動聞名，常被列為世界十大潛水地點之一。此外，保和省還有着獨特的動物資源，世界上最小的靈長類動物之一菲律賓眼鏡猴（英語：Philippine tarsier）便生活在這裡。

保和省是菲律賓第八任總統卡洛斯·賈西亞（1957–1961年在任）的故鄉，他出生於保和島的 Talibon（英語：Talibon）市。^[11]

2013年10月15日，保和省遭受7.2級地震的嚴重破壞，震中位於 Sagbayan（英語：Sagbayan）市以南6公里處，波及範圍達到了宿霧省南部，共導致156人死亡、374人受傷，並毀壞了許多保和省的傳統教堂（英語：List of Roman Catholic churches in Bohol）。^[12]^[13]

自2017年起，保和省政府開始向聯合國教科文組織申請將整個省列為世界地質公園。^[14]
