蘭尼單抗（英語：Ranibizumab，也譯為雷珠單抗，商品名Lucentis）是一種單克隆抗體片段（FAB），其與貝伐單抗（bevacizumab）是從相同親本鼠抗體獲得。它比母體分子小得多，能更緊密的結合到血管內皮生長因子-A(VEGF-A)。它是一種血管生成抑制劑(angiogenesis inhibitor)，已被批准用於治療的「濕」型老年黃斑變性。
