利奧·巴斯（英語：Leo W. Buss，1953年9月27日—）是一位美國生態學家和演化生物學家[1]，耶魯大學教授，1979年博士畢業於約翰斯·霍普金斯大學，從事演化發育生物學研究，1985年獲古根海姆獎[2]，1989年獲麥克阿瑟獎[3]。
