唐納德·邁耶·布林肯[3]（英語：Donald Mayer Blinken，1925年11月11日－2022年9月22日），美國商人、外交官。[4][5]他於1994年至1997年擔任美國駐匈牙利大使。兒子安東尼·布林肯是現任美國總統喬·拜登的國務卿。

早年經歷

布林肯於1925年11月11日出生於紐約揚克斯，[6]是莫里斯·布林肯和其妻子霍洛維茨·布林肯的兒子。[7][8][9]布林肯的父母都是猶太人，父親原籍基輔。布林肯的祖父是作家邁爾·布林肯。布林肯有兩個兄弟，阿蘭·布林肯和羅伯特·布林肯。[10]

布林肯在紐約市和揚克斯長大，後就讀於Horace Mann School。[10]布林肯二戰期間在美國陸軍航空兵服役，[4]之後於1948年以優異成績畢業於哈佛大學，並獲得經濟學學士學位。[11][12]

職業生涯

布林肯於1958年至1971年期間與茱蒂絲·弗里姆結婚。離婚後，於1975年與維拉·埃爾默結婚。[6]維拉·埃爾默是二戰期間匈牙利的大屠殺倖存者。2009年，布林肯夫婦出版回憶錄，講述了她逃離匈牙利以及在擔任美國大使期間回到匈牙利的經歷。[27]2015年，匈牙利開放社會檔案館在收到布林肯夫婦的捐贈後更名為「維拉和唐納德·布林肯開放社會檔案館」。[28]
