希卡里亞人[5][6]（Jicarilla，西班牙語：[xikaˈɾiʝa]，希卡里亞語：Jicarilla Dindéi，有時被誤譯為季卡里拉、希卡利拉、吉卡里拉[7]等），又稱希卡里亞阿帕奇人，是東部阿帕奇人的一支，主要居住在美國新墨西哥州北部，操希卡里亞語，為一種南阿薩巴斯卡語支東部語組的語言。由於地理位置，他們的文化曾很大程度上受到平原印第安人的影響，如圓錐帳篷、捕獵野牛等。[7]「希卡里亞」（Jicarilla）在墨西哥西班牙語中意為「小籃子」，因為他們有一種小的籃型器皿飲器，[8]這個詞可能來自那華語xicalli，意為「葫蘆、飲器」。[9]
2019年一份統計顯示現有3353人居住在新墨西哥州的希卡里亞人保留區。[10]另外新墨西哥州的網站則顯示，希卡里亞人目前有2755名部落成員，主要居住在該州的道西鎮。[1]2000年統計顯示，70%的部落成員信仰有組織的宗教，其中多為基督教。[2]
