艾麗絲·布莉達（英語：Kimberly Alexis Bledel，1981年9月16日—）是一位美國女演員。知名於電視劇《吉爾莫女孩》（Gilmore Girls）。也參與過電影《牛仔褲的夏天》、《牛仔褲的夏天2》、《真愛無盡》、《萬惡城市》、《新娘與偏見》和電視劇《使女的故事》、《急診室的春天》的演出。
早年生活
艾麗絲出生於德克薩斯州休斯敦，她的父親來自阿根廷，具有丹麥血統。[1][2]母親成長於墨西哥。[3][4]她的父母都在拉丁美洲長大，布莉達成長於一個講西班牙語的家庭，在上學前她都沒有學過英語。[5]她還有一個弟弟。
布莉達在休斯敦的天主教聖艾格尼絲學院，以及浸信會和信義學校學習。[6]她的母親鼓勵她嘗試社區劇場演出以克服她的羞怯心理。[7]艾麗絲在當地製作的《我們的城鎮》和《綠野仙蹤》中出演。[8]在當地商場裡當了一段時間的時裝模特後她到紐約大學蒂施藝術學院學習了一年。[9]
職業生涯

布莉達從2002年12月至2006年7月與在《吉爾莫女孩》中合作的演員米洛·文提米利亞交往[16]。在2012年中期與在《廣告狂人》合作過的文森特·卡塞瑟開始一段戀情。[17]兩人於2014年8月結婚，隔年兩人的兒子誕生。2022年兩人離婚。
