阿迪拉·塞德拉亞（法語：Adila Sedraïa，1984年6月26日—），藝名英蒂拉（法語：Indila），是一位法國的R&B歌手及作詞人。[1]
英蒂拉曾與很多法國歌手合作，例如Nessbeal、Rohff、TLF、Soprano和Youssoupha，並且與他們以及M. Pokora、Admiral T、DJ Abdel和Axel Tony共同創作。
英蒂拉的首支單曲〈Dernière danse〉於2013年12月發行，在法國唱片出版業公會單曲榜達到第二名。[2]歌曲MV也是首個YouTube播放量突破十億的法語歌曲MV。[3]後續單曲〈Tourner dans le vide〉在法國榜單達到了前十。[2]

Indila在法國巴黎出生。[4] 她有着印度、阿爾及利亞、[1]柬埔寨和埃及[5]血統。
Indila 與唱片製片人、作詞人Pascal Koeu結婚，Koeu 以 DJ Skalp 和 Skalpovic 兩個名字為人所知。
