伊恩·戈爾丁
伊恩·戈爾丁（英語：Ian Andrew Goldin）是一位南非經濟學家，牛津大學教授。[1][2][3]專攻方向為全球化和發展理論。[4][5]
生平
出生於南非，[6]先後畢業於開普敦大學、倫敦政治經濟學院、牛津大學和歐洲工商管理學院。1996年前擔任歐洲復興開發銀行首席經濟學家，經濟合作與發展組織項目主任，1996年至2001年擔任南非開發銀行行政總裁和南非總統納爾遜·曼德拉經濟顧問。2001年至2003年擔任世界銀行發展政策主任，2003年至2006年升任世界銀行副行長。2006年創建牛津大學馬丁學院並擔任創始主任和技術與經濟變革項目主任。
