歐洲分子生物學組織（英語：European Molecular Biology Organization，縮寫 EMBO），是一個從事生命科學研究、促進國際科學家交流的歐洲專業組織[3]，成立於1964年，總部位於德國海德堡，是歐洲科學倡議組織（Initiative for Science in Europe）的創始成員。該組織通過舉辦培訓課程、研討會、會議、出版科學期刊、支持科學家的科研項目來推動分子生物學的發展。目前該組織理事長為德國科隆大學發育生物學家瑪利亞·蕾普亭[4][5][6][3]。
會議與期刊
該組織每年舉辦超過80場會議，吸引上萬人參加[7]。
該組織出版發行四種分子生物學領域的同行評審科學期刊：《The EMBO Journal》[8]、《EMBO Reports》[9]、《Molecular Systems Biology》[10]、《EMBO Molecular Medicine》[11]。
2018年， EMBO聯合Rockefeller University Press和Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Press創立了一個新雙月刊《Life Science Alliance》。[12]
會員
該組織會員每年都會評選歐洲和其他各國優秀的生物學家成為其新會員。[13][14][15]中國籍會員有楊煥明、施一公、李家洋等人。
