《芭蕾人生》（英語：Breaking Pointe，又譯：腳尖上的世界、決戰芭蕾之巔），是一部美國真人騷。記錄鹽湖城芭蕾舞學校生活的[1]，本片於2012年5月31日在CW電視網播出[2]。
同年7月底CW主席馬克·佩德維茲表示由有可能續訂本節目[3]，最終在2012年9月26日CW電視網宣佈續訂本節目第二季[4][5]。第二季將於2013年7月29日開播[6][7]。
