讓-弗朗索瓦·李歐塔（法語：Jean-François Lyotard，1924年8月10日—1998年4月21日）是法國哲學家、社會學家和文學理論家。他的跨學科著述涵蓋了認識論和傳播學、人體、現代藝術和後現代藝術、文學和批判理論、音樂、電影、時間和記憶、空間、城市和景觀，崇高以及美學和政治之間的關係等主題。他最著名的是在20世紀70年代後期闡述了後現代主義，並分析了後現代性對人類狀況的影響。他是由雅克·德希達、弗朗索瓦·夏特雷、讓-皮埃爾·費伊和多米尼克·勒古創立的國際哲學院的院長。

李歐塔1950年至1952年在法屬阿爾及利亞的君士坦丁中學任教，1955年參加阿爾及利亞社會主義團體，抨擊法國殖民。後任教於巴黎第八大學。他1979年出版的著作《後現代狀況》是「後現代主義」的定名之作，書中認為現代科學的特點是排斥或壓抑建立於敘事之上的合法性形式，強調敘事的節奏形式能夠固定和容納自然時間的無規律性。
