豆甾烷醇（英語：Stigmastanol，或稱為谷甾烷醇，sitostanol，豆甾烷-3β-醇，Stigmastan-3β-ol）是一種存在於許多植物中的植物固醇，這一類的化合物能抑制人體對食物中膽固醇的吸收^[1]^[2]^[3]。動物實驗表明豆甾烷醇還能抑制肝臟膽固醇的合成^[1]

豆甾烷醇可看作豆固醇和β-谷固醇的氫化產物^[4]^[5]。
