馬凱氏鵐（中國大陸作麥氏鵐，台灣作馬凱氏鵐，學名：Plectrophenax hyperboreus），是雀形目鐵爪鵐科的一種鳥類。[2]
馬凱氏鵐體重約54.5克，翼長約110.5毫米，嘴峰長約13.9毫米，喙寬度約5.2毫米，喙厚度約6.3毫米，跗蹠長約21.3毫米，尾長約79.5毫米。馬凱氏鵐是候鳥，其棲息在開放的草原環境中，食性為雜食性，主要食物來源是植物的乾果或種子。[3]
馬凱氏鵐繁殖於白令海的島嶼；在阿拉斯加和阿留申群島沿海地區越冬。該物種是單型物種，沒有亞種分化。[4]
