《1963年馬來西亞法令》（英語：Malaysia Act 1963）是英國國會的一項法令。該法令於1963年7月31日獲英女皇伊利沙伯二世御准，並於當日刊憲生效。
該法令將馬來亞聯合邦[1][2][3]、新加坡、北婆羅洲和砂拉越合併，於1963年9月16日成立一個名為馬來西亞的新聯邦制國家。[4]
馬來西亞國會於1965年8月8日通過緊急動議，將新加坡從聯邦除名。新加坡於1965年8月9日宣佈獨立。[5]
評論
2018年9月16日，時任馬來西亞首相马哈迪·穆罕默德到亞庇出席2018年馬來西亞日慶祝活動時指出，政府研究1963年馬來西亞法令後，布城將恢復沙巴和砂拉越作為馬來半島平等夥伴的地位[6][7][8]。
馬哈迪卸任後，於2020年9月16日強調，必須支持1963年馬來西亞法令，以便馬來半島、沙巴和砂拉越維持平等夥伴地位。他也回憶當年國父東姑阿都拉曼於1963年9月16日在默迪卡體育場宣佈馬來西亞成立時，當時38歲的他心情複雜：「我感到光榮，因為馬來聯邦，沙巴（北婆羅洲），砂拉越（砂拉越自治）和新加坡共同組成了馬來西亞；同時我感到忐忑不安，許多鄰國如印度尼西亞，強烈反對馬來西亞的成立。」[9][10][11]。
