乙酸碘(III)是一種碘化試劑,化學式為(CH3COO)3I,可由乙酸銀三氯化碘反應得到[1],或由發煙硝酸、乙酸、乙酸酐和碘的反應來製備[2]。它可以和芳烴(Ar-H)反應,將其轉化為二乙酸芳基碘(ArI(OAc)2[3],經硫代硫酸鈉的飽和水溶液還原後,可以得到碘代烴(Ar-I)[4]
