華倫·泰伊（英語：Waren Tay，1843年—1927年5月15日）是一位英國眼科醫生，約克郡人，與美國神經病學醫生伯納德·薩克斯共同發現並命名了泰-薩克斯病（也稱為「家族黑蒙性癡呆症」）[1]。
