雙殼目（Bivalvulida）是從屬粘體亞門下的粘孢子綱中的寄生性原蟲目。由於該目的物種孢子多具二殼，故得名。該目下屬有一系列對水產養殖業和漁業會造成巨大經濟損失的物種，比較著名的是寄生於鮭科的腦粘體蟲和寄生於南海魚類的五角蟲屬。下屬絕大多數物種的孢子具2個極囊，但部分也可具1或4個。
