埃及阿拉伯語，也叫埃及方言（阿拉伯語：العامية المصرية‎）^[2]^[3]^[4]或者Masri（مصرى‎）^[5]^[6]是埃及的阿拉伯語變體。^[7]^[8]

埃及阿拉伯語是阿拉伯語的一種北非方言，屬於亞非語系閃語族。它起源於埃及首都開羅附近的尼羅河三角洲。埃及阿拉伯語從古典阿拉伯語演變而來，公元7世紀由征服埃及的阿拉伯人帶入。 ^[9] 埃及阿拉伯語也有顯著的埃及科普特語底層，其深受科普特語語法及詞彙的影響。科普特語是阿拉伯征服埃及前絕大多數尼羅河谷的埃及人的母語^[10]^[11]^[12] 。後來又受到歐洲語音和其他語言的少量影響，這些語言有法語、意大利語、希臘語^[13]、土耳其語和英語。埃及阿拉伯語的使用人口有9400萬，它是一個方言連續體，其中最廣泛的是開羅話。由於埃及在中東和北非影響力以及埃及電影、音樂等媒體的影響，埃及阿拉伯語可被大多數阿拉伯國家的人們理解，它也因此成為了使用最廣泛和目前研究最多的阿拉伯語方言。^[14]^[15]^[16]^[17]^[18]

埃及阿拉伯語本質上是一種口頭語言，但是在小說、戲劇和詩歌以及漫畫、廣告、一些報紙和流行歌曲中常以書面形式出現。而在大多數正式的書面媒體和電視新聞報道中，使用的則是現代標準阿拉伯語。現代標準阿拉伯語是一種基於古阿拉伯語（即古典阿拉伯語）的詞彙和語法規範被創造的阿拉伯語變體。埃及阿拉伯語在埃及人之間幾乎全部以阿拉伯字母書寫，儘管在給非母語學習者的語言教材中通常被翻譯成拉丁字母或國際音標。^[19]有時，特別是在互聯網上和手機短訊中，它也會用拉丁字母書寫。
