弗朗西斯科·西奧尼爾·何塞（Francisco Sionil José，1924年12月3日—2022年1月6日^[1] ），通常署名為F.西奧尼爾·何塞（F. Sionil José），菲律賓華文報刊譯為尚尼·扶西^[2]，是菲律賓最被廣泛閱讀的英語作家之一。他的小說描繪了階級鬥爭的社會基礎以及菲律賓的殖民主義。何塞的作品已被翻譯成22種語言，包括韓語、印度尼西亞語、俄語、拉脫維亞語、烏克蘭語和荷蘭語。^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]^[8]
