歐洲左翼黨（英語：Party of the European Left，縮寫為PEL）是一個歐洲政黨，由歐盟成員國及其它歐洲國家的民主社會主義政黨和共產主義政黨組成。歐洲左翼黨在2004年1月開始組織，同年5月8日在羅馬正式成立[5]，該黨成立目的是改變現有政治體系、積極改善社會福利、反對資本主義和戰爭，並且承諾尊重人權和保護環境。[6]

黨的第一次代表大會在2005年10月8日於雅典舉行。第二次代表大會則在2007年11月23日至25日於布拉格召開。[7] 第三次代表大會於2010年12月2-5日在巴黎舉行。[8][9][10] 第四次代表大會於2013年12月13-15日在馬德里舉行[11]。第五次代表大會於2016年12月16-18日在柏林舉行[12]。

當選歐洲議會議員的歐洲左翼黨成員政黨幾乎都加入歐洲議會的歐洲聯合左翼/北歐綠色左翼黨團。部分成員及觀察員同時也參與更激進的歐洲反資本主義左翼。

組建歐洲左翼黨的倡議並未得到歐洲各國左翼政黨的普遍響應，以希臘共產黨和葡萄牙共產黨為首的歐洲正統派共產黨對歐洲左翼黨的成立表示強烈反對，並拒絕加入。
