比利時人（荷蘭語：Belgen，法語：Belges，德語：Belgier）是被認定為西歐聯邦國家比利時王國的人。由於比利時是一個多民族國家，這種聯繫可能是居住的、法律的、歷史的或文化的，而不是種族的。然而，大多數比利時人屬於兩個不同的民族或社區（荷蘭語：gemenschap，法語：communauté）原產於該國，即其歷史地區：佛蘭德斯的弗萊明人說荷蘭語，瓦隆人說法語或瓦隆語。還有大量的比利時僑民，他們主要定居在美國、加拿大、法國和荷蘭。
