《真愛如血》第四季, 美國超自然電視劇，本季於在HBO播放(2011年6月26日 – 2011年9月11日)。

以Sookie去了精靈界開始，在精靈界Sookie遇到了她的爺爺，她爺爺告訴她只是來了兩天而已，但是精靈界的兩天相當於人界的二十年。

Sookie離開精靈界回到人界，已經是一年後。Sam與一群變形人好友樂得聊天，而Tara則離開了小鎮，而此時的Bill已經是路易西安納州的新王。Eric則隸屬於他。而原來Bill則是當權者們派往原來Queen的間諜。

此時的Jessica也與愛郎Hoyt在一起了。而Lafayette與他的同性戀男友則開始參加一些巫師聚會。聚會是由一個熱愛魔法的老女人Marnie（本季大反派）所舉辦。

Marnie召喚出幾百年前曾經對吸血鬼進行過大屠殺但最後被燒死的女巫役亡師Antoneo鬼魂。

Bill知道有女巫集會，派Eric去查探，結果在被Antoneo附身的Marnie施展咒語下失憶，開車回家的Sookie發現了失憶的Eric，於是將他帶回家。沒有了千年記憶的包袱及對人類的輕視與自我保護，Eric呈現單純率真的本性。對於從前那個傲慢的千年吸血鬼，Sookie是又愛又怕，但是對於這個失憶版本的Eric，Sookie根本無法抗拒，漸漸地放下心防，即使死去奶奶的靈魂警告她，這種狀態只是暫時的，但她仍無法控制地愛上Eric。而Jason則被豹人女友綁架，並且被性侵。雖然後來逃出生天，但卻已經傷重，被路過的Jessica與Hoyt所救，同時也因為Jessica的血而與Jessica漸生情愫。

後來Eric和Sookie協助Bill對抗Marnie和她的巫師手下，混亂之中，Sookie被流彈打到，而Eric卻被Marnie控制了。傷重的Sookie被Alcide和Bill所救，Bill將他的血給Sookie，救了她一命，然而體內有了兩個吸血鬼血的Sookie卻陷入了感情兩難的局面。

在該季第10集，Sookie的精靈力量令到Eric恢復記憶，同時也發現Marnie才是幕後黑手，Antoneo只是受其操控的傀儡。

同時Lafayette也被發現是靈媒，可以看見鬼魂。而Sookie等人也因此被困在用作聚會的月神酒店。同一時候，Andy則與一精靈「相戀」。最後因為Sookie力量再次爆發而使得Marnie的咒語再次失效，而Bill與Eric則得以殺入酒店將Marnie槍決。但Marnie卻冤魂不息，在Lafaytte進入熟睡時附身。
