《神奇的魔力[1]》（英語：One Thing），是英國-愛爾蘭男子團體1世代的一首歌曲，收錄於他們的第1張錄音室專輯《青春無敵》中。歌曲於2012年作為專輯的單曲發行。歌曲由拉米·雅各布、卡爾·福克和沙凡·科提查創作，前兩者同樣參與了單曲的製作。歌曲原本被創作為兩首不同的歌曲，但因為兩首歌曲各有所長，因此詞曲作者決定將兩首歌曲合成一首歌曲。歌曲的歌詞抒發了對喜歡對象的迷戀。
