聯合國秘書處大樓（英語：United Nations Secretariat Building）位於美國紐約市曼哈頓中城海龜灣，高154公尺，是聯合國總部大樓的中心，也是紐約市第一座使用玻璃帷幕的摩天大樓[3]。該建築所在地塊被認定為聯合國領土，但仍是美國的一部分[4]。
歷史
1948年9月14日舉行了聯合國秘書處大樓的動工儀式[5]。聯合國選擇了曼哈頓和皇后區的四家公司組成財團，並與之簽訂了3000萬美元的合同，建造此樓是該合同的一部分[6]。巴西建築學家奧斯卡·尼邁耶和瑞士柯比意參與設計了秘書處大樓的工作。該大樓高39層，於1952年建成[7]。此樓以北是聯合國大會和安全理事會所在的會議大樓，以南有一座圖書館。作為聯合國建築群的一部分，秘書處大樓適用美國與聯合國簽訂的相關協議[8]。
秘書處大樓在2010年進行了翻新，自2012年7月起分階段恢復辦公[9]。2012年10月29日，受颶風珊迪的影響，聯合國建築群的地下室淹水，秘書處大樓關閉三天，其中的一些辦公室須易地辦公[10]。
