費利克斯·納蒂（英語：Felix Nartey），加納公益企業家，開源運動倡導者。2017年8月，他在維基媒體國際會議上獲維基百科聯合創始人占美·威爾斯提名為年度維基人[1][2]。他是加納創作共用分會聯合創始人兼主任，也是西非開源基金會創始人[3][4][5]。

早年

費利克斯·納蒂生於加納特馬。2008年，他從教宗約翰中學（英語：Pope John Senior High School and Minor Seminary）畢業，2013年獲加納中央大學（英語：Central University (Ghana)）銀行和金融學士學位，2017年獲安哈爾特應用技術大學工商管理碩士學位[6][2]。在中央大學時，他是Google校園大使（英語：Google Student Ambassador Program），這個身份激發他對科技的興趣[2][7]。

生涯

獲得首個學位後，他成為銀行從業人員，並在其他領域做出志願貢獻[8]。納蒂是加納維基媒體協會的社群管理員[9][10][11]。後來他共同創辦了非營利機構西非開源基金會，鼓勵開放許可內容的創作[12][13][14][2]

截至2017年8月，納蒂是維基媒體基金會維基圖書館全球協調員[15]。他也是創作共用全球網絡理事會代理事[16]。

納蒂於2012年加入維基媒體運動[1]。他在維基百科上建立了祖國加納的條目，也提出過多個提升維基百科編輯重要性的倡議，包括GLAM活動、維基百科教育計劃和維基百科圖書館，而教育計劃的目的是彌合性別差距[9][17]。

他是創作共用全球網絡行動計劃過渡諮詢小組成員，也是維基媒體運動行動計劃起草委員會成員[18][19]。他還是Firefox非洲組織核心團隊成員[8]。

威爾斯在年度維基人致辭中提到，納蒂在組織阿克拉第2屆Wiki Indaba（英語：维基非洲会议）的工作上表現出色，積極參與非洲地方社群的籌建[20]。
