迪拉山口 (Dehra La 或 Kompas La) 是位於阿克賽欽西部的一個山口,距離河尾灘邊防哨所20公里,是河尾灘往南穿過附近山脊的通道。[1] 在此通道上有一個的名為 (Dehra Compass或Dehra Kompas) 的露營地,其 「Dehra」源自旁遮普語和Saraiki language英語Saraiki_language語單詞「dera」,意思是營地,而「Compass」則來自調查官 Kompas Walla 的名字。[2] 這個營地提供了在印度和塔里木盆地之間的旅行商隊休息。歐洲探險家於 1800 年代從此處穿越。[3] 露營地的石造避難所,日後方便印度巡邏隊使用和監視該地區。[4] 中國人民解放軍軍隊在中印邊境戰爭之後控制了該地區,[5][6][7],而印度至今仍主張擁有阿克賽欽主權。
