食蟻狸亞科（學名：Euplerinae）是食肉目下的一個亞科，僅分佈於非洲馬達加斯加。食蟻狸亞科與同樣僅分佈於馬達加斯加的環尾獴亞科共同組成了食蟻狸科。食蟻狸亞科底下包含了3個屬，分別為馬島獴屬、食蟻狸屬和馬島靈貓屬。
本亞科的物種最初是置於貓科及靈貓科下，在基因分析研究之後，才確立了這3個屬之間的關係，並重新分類至獨立的食蟻狸亞科下[1]。
