異硫氰酸四甲基羅丹明（英語：tetramethylrhodamine thiocyanate，縮寫TRITC），是一種羅丹明衍生物類熒光染料，廣泛應用於流式細胞術和熒光顯微鏡，激發峰在547nm，發射峰在572nm^[1]。常用的TRITC是兩種異硫氰酸基官能團位置異構體5-TRITC和6-TRITC的化合物^[2]。
