凯瑟琳·韦斯特（英语：Catherine West，1966年9月14日—），英国工党籍政治人物，自2015年5月起担任霍恩西和伍德格林选区国会议员。
生平
早年生涯
韦斯特在1966年9月14日[1]出生于澳大利亚悉尼[2]，并在当地长大[3]。她曾入读雷文斯伍德女子学校，其后入读悉尼大学[1]，之后在伦敦大学亚非学院取得中国政治学硕士学位[4]。
政治生涯
2002年5月2日至2014年5月22日间，韦斯特曾为多灵顿选区伊斯灵顿伦敦区议会议员[1]。她曾在2004年至2013年10月10日担任该议会的工党党团领袖[5]，并在2010年10月6日至2013年10月10日间担任该议会领袖[5]。
在2015年英国大选中，韦斯特当选霍恩西和伍德格林选区国会议员[6]，不久后获任命为负责美洲、亚太地区、大洋洲和海外领土的影子外交及联邦事务国务大臣[4]。2015年9月，韦斯特曾联同图利普·西德迪克和基尔·斯塔默一同去信时任首相戴维·卡梅伦要求采取紧急行动解决因叙利亚内战而导致的难民危机[7][8]。
2016年英国去留欧盟公投期间，韦斯特支持英国留在欧洲联盟[9]。在公投后，她成立了英欧关系国会小组[10]。2017年6月，韦斯特因为无视工党党鞭指令，支持一项使英国留在欧洲单一市场的御座致辞修订案，因而被撤去影子外交与联邦事务国务大臣的职务[11]。
2017年，韦斯特联同保守党人权委员会副主席罗哲斯、前自由民主党党魁柏迪·阿什当、上议院议员大卫·阿尔顿、前外交及联邦事务大臣马尔科姆·里夫金德和英皇律师杰弗里·尼斯一同成立非政府组织香港监察，以监察及汇报香港的发展[12]。
韦斯特在2020年返回影子内阁，担任影子体育国务大臣[13]，及后获新任工党党魁基尔·斯塔默任命为影子外交及联邦事务部团队中的一员[14]。她在2021年12月4日起担任影子亚太事务国务大臣[15]。
个人生活
除了英语，韦斯特亦懂包括现代标准汉语在内的五种语言。她亦曾在中国南京教授英语[4]。
韦斯特为贵格会信徒，她是2015年大选中当选的2名贵格会信徒之一（另一人为露丝·卡伯里）[16]。
