壮阔台湾联盟（英语：Forward Alliance），是台湾的国家安全与民防智库。
概述
壮阔台湾联盟是位于台湾台北市的国家安全研究机构[1]。据《卫报》报导，壮阔台湾联盟致力于提高对国防和国家安全问题的认识[2]。
历史
壮阔台湾联盟是由中华民国政治人物吴怡农创立的[3]。吴怡农认为，“阻止军事冲突的最佳方式是透过将军事准备与民事准备相结合，展现出可信的国家抵抗意愿[4]。”2022年俄罗斯入侵乌克兰爆发后，公众对“壮阔台湾”所进行的培训计划的参与大大增加[5]。
行动
该组织举办各式灾害应变课程，旨在向平民提供救灾和民防培训[2]。
