帝国州大学（英语：Empire State University，简称：SUNY Empire、ESC），原帝国州学院（Empire State College），是一所公立大学，总部位于美国纽约萨拉托加泉。它是纽约州立大学（SUNY）系统的一部分。帝国州学院是一家跨站点的机构，通过远程学习中心在全球范围内提供副学士、学士和硕士学位[5][6]。位于纽约州萨拉托加泉的主校区约有10,000名本科生，录取率达到63％[7][8]。
