民用航空管理局（英语：Civil Aviation Authority，缩写：CAA) 是英国的民航局，由英国运输部管辖。总部位于伦敦霍本，[1]安全管理部门则在克劳利的盖特威克机场运作。[2][3]
该机构依照1971年民航局法案（Civil Aviation Act 1971）建立于1972年，负责国内大部分的航空领域事务，另外一部分职能由欧洲航空安全局行使。[4]
