瓶尔小草亚纲（学名：Ophioglossidae）是链束植物四个亚纲之一。本亚纲已知有松叶蕨科和瓶尔小草科两科，分属松叶蕨目和瓶尔小草目两目。松叶蕨纲是其他蕨类植物（包括合囊蕨科与木贼科）的姐妹群。
