迈克尔·韦恩·罗森（英语：Michael Wayne Rosen，1946年5月7日—）[1]是一名英国儿童文学作家和诗人，同时也是一名电视主持人及政治专栏作家。他于2007年至2009年曾获Children's Laureate奖项。 他无意中创造了"Nice meme"。[2]
