阿富汗	俄罗斯

阿富汗-俄罗斯关系（俄语：Российско-афганские отношения）是阿富汗和俄罗斯国家之间的关系。这些关系独立于自1840年以来俄罗斯与英国在阿富汗问题上的对抗所组成的“大博弈”。1921年2月28日，阿富汗和苏俄签订了友好条约。苏联是1919年第三次英阿战争后第一个承认阿富汗独立的国家。

二战后，阿富汗与苏联建立了友好关系，后者为阿富汗提供了大量援助和发展。两国于1978年签署了友好条约，次年，苏联以333风暴行动干预阿富汗。这一行动引发了大多数穆斯林世界的负面反应，认为这是一次入侵，并导致阿富汗繁荣的衰落和该国激进分子的加强。俄罗斯支持的阿富汗政府于1992年垮台。然而，在冲突后的几年里，俄阿关系有所改善。俄罗斯现在在喀布尔设有大使馆，在马扎里沙里夫设有总领事馆，阿富汗在莫斯科设有大使馆。

阿富汗也是2014年承认俄罗斯联邦吞并克里米亚的国家之一。
