阿斯坦龙属（学名：Arstanosaurus）是鸭嘴龙科恐龙的一个属，化石发现于哈萨克的Bostobinskaya地层，地质年代为上白垩纪的桑托阶至坎帕阶。它有着很混乱的分类历史，曾被认为是鸭嘴龙科或角龙科，甚至是两者的嵌合体。
历史
阿斯坦龙的化石是一块上颌骨（AAIZ 1/1），一块股骨可能也属于阿斯坦龙[1]。阿斯坦龙被命名时，并没有太多的研究资料，而这些化石都一直被忽视。在1990年代中期，有假说提出它是角龙科，阿斯坦龙才再次被留意[2]。之后，一项根据透视图的重新评估认为阿斯坦龙的特征很不寻常，而上颌骨其实是来自另一种像巴克龙的动物，股骨则没有资料，使这个属成为疑名[3]。最近它被认为是鸭嘴龙科的位置不明属[4]。
一个发现于蒙古的幼龙头颅骨被编入阿斯坦龙，但根据原因却不明，目前正在研究中[5]。这个颅骨曾经被非正式地命名为苦龙[6]。
古生物学
如同其他鸭嘴龙科，阿斯坦龙可能采双足或四足方式行走，是种草食性恐龙，具有不断生长、更换的牙齿。[4]
