2019–20年中北美洲及加勒比海国家联赛C是2019–20年中北美洲及加勒比海国家联赛中第三级、也是最低级别的联赛，是这项由 41 个中北美洲及加勒比海足球协会成员国男子国家队角逐的国际足球赛事首个球季。^[1]

比赛形式

联赛C由13支球队组成，资格赛队伍从第23名到第34名，以及危地马拉队，在截止日期前被暂停，现在进入资格赛。^[2]联盟将分为四组，三组三队，一组四队。在小组赛期间，球队将参加主场比赛循环赛形式比赛，并在2019年9月，10月和11月的国际足联官方比赛窗口中进行比赛。四个小组的获胜者将被提升到乙级联赛，参加下一届比赛。^[3]^[4]
