二次有机气溶胶
二次有机气溶胶简称SOA,是大气中的挥发性有机物或是半挥发性有机物因多次氧化后产物形成的气溶胶[1]。二次有机气溶胶和一次有机气溶胶不同,一次有机气溶胶是直接从生物圈释放的气溶胶。二次有机气溶胶可能是因为气态有机化合物在多次氧化后的同质成核而产生,或是凝结在已有粒子上而成。气态物质的蒸气压高,表示会挥发,且稳定在气态。
有机化学物质在氧化后极性增加,挥发性下降,因此让蒸气压下降。在多次氧化后,蒸气压很低,让部分化学物质由气态变成固态,产生二次有机气溶胶。
