玛丽莲·琼斯·莫斯（英语：Marilyn Jones Mosby，1980年1月22日—），是一位美国律师，现任美国马里兰州巴尔的摩市州检察官[5]。
她因为在2015年5月1日，宣布正式起诉六名涉及弗雷迪·格雷之死的警员二级谋杀与过失杀人（Involuntary manslaughter）罪，而在全美国知名。
早年生活
莫斯出生于波士顿附近的多切斯特，由祖母抚养长大。[4]她的父母都是担任警察，且她的家族中有5人担任警察。[5]她曾于离家一小时车程的Dover-Sherborn High School求学，并参加了学生会兼校报主编[4]；对法律工作产生兴趣，是因为她的17岁表哥，被另一个17岁少年误认为毒贩，而遭到枪击身亡。[5]

职业生涯
