Liwayway Holdings Company Limited或上好佳（英語：Oishi）是一個菲律賓食品公司，總部在馬尼拉大都會帕賽市。[1]總經理是菲律賓籍閩南人施恭旗（Carlos Chan）。[2][3]
1993年，上好佳在中國大陸設立辦事處，總部在上海青浦區。[4]
