二甲矽烷基膦 是一種無機化合物 ,化學式為(H3 Si)2 PH ,它可由甲矽烷基膦 和甲矽烷 無聲放電得到,副產物為丙矽烷 ;[ 1] 或者通過溴甲矽烷 和磷二氫化鉀 按化學計量比的反應製得[ 2] 。三甲基矽基磷基鋰(Li[P(SiH3 )2 ])和硫化氫 的反應也會生成(H3 Si)2 PH,但同時會產生單取代和三取代的產物。[ 3] 它可以和水或鹽酸反應,放出磷化氫 :[ 1]
(H3 Si)2 PH + H2 O → (H3 Si)2 O + PH3
(H3 Si)2 PH + 2HCl → 2H3 SiCl + PH3
