大衛·馬克·魯賓斯坦（David Mark Rubenstein，1949年8月11日—）是一位美國律師、商人和慈善家[1]，凱雷集團聯合創始人兼聯席主席[2][3]，截至2022年12月淨資產32億美元[4]。

除去商業上的身份外，他還是約翰·甘迺迪表演藝術中心、國家美術館、外交關係委員會、芝加哥大學董事會等機構的主席。

生平

魯賓斯坦是巴爾的摩一個普通猶太家庭的獨生子，父親是美國郵政局職員，母親是家庭主婦[5][6]。他畢業於巴爾的摩城市學院預科高中，之後進入杜克大學，加入Phi Beta Kappa兄弟會，1970年獲政治學文學學士學位[7]。1973年，他獲芝加哥大學法學院法律博士學位，任《芝加哥大學法律評論》編輯[2][8]。

1973年至1975年間，魯賓斯坦在紐約寶維斯律師事務所執業，1975年至1976年任美國參議院司法委員會憲法修正案小組委員會的首席顧問，也曾是吉米·卡特的國內政策顧問[9]。1987年，魯賓斯坦與其他人共同創立凱雷集團[10]。

個人生活

魯賓斯坦住在馬里蘭州貝塞斯達，1983年5月21日與愛麗絲·魯賓斯坦（原名Alice Nicole Rogoff）結婚[11]，2017年12月8日離婚[12]。

2019年10月，魯賓斯坦出版他的第一本書[13]《美國故事：歷史學大師訪談》（The American Story: Interviews with Master Historians）。他也主持過一些電視節目，如美國公共廣播公司的《大衛·魯賓斯坦談歷史》（History with David Rubenstein）[14]。

慈善
