巴什石油公司（俄語：Башнефть）是俄羅斯的一家石油公司，由鮑里斯·尼古拉耶維奇·葉爾欽將蘇聯石油部在巴什科爾的相關資產轉讓給巴什科爾托斯坦共和國而形成。

巴什石油公司是巴什基爾共和國最大的生產經濟綜合體，該公司擁有14家勘探開採、原油加工以及銷售物流公司。其生產總值占巴什基爾共和國工業總產值的20%以上。巴什石油公司總共擁有巴什科爾托斯坦及其相鄰地區和西西伯利亞地區約170個油氣田的油氣開採權，同時在這些地區從事20多項經營活動，公司在23個地區經營485座加油站，平均每年為市場供應石油1000萬噸。巴什石油股份公司非常重視發展與外國夥伴的關係，與世界上20多個國家的大型油氣公司進行合作。[1]

2002年3月，葉爾欽的盟友、時任巴什科爾托斯坦總統穆爾塔扎·拉希莫夫將巴什石油公司私有化，由拉希莫夫的兒子烏拉爾·拉希莫夫（英語：Ural Rakhimov）控制的公司巴什基爾資本控制股權。

2009年，弗拉基米爾·彼得羅維奇·葉夫圖申科夫以20億美元的價格收購了巴什石油公司的控股權，巴什石油公司成為其的控股公司Sistema（英語：Sistema）的子公司。2014年3月，巴什石油公司以超過10億美元的價格收購了俄羅斯石油burneftegaz公司的100％股權。[2]。同年7月，葉夫圖申科夫被判入獄，Sistema對巴什石油公司的72％股權被俄羅斯政府扣押[3][4]。

隨後在2014年12月查封公司後，因為「指控沒有得到證實」葉夫圖申科夫被釋放。另外據報導，烏拉爾·拉希莫夫也已逃離俄羅斯[5] 。

2016年，巴什石油公司在北極圈內開展活動的92家石油，天然氣和採礦公司中排名第12位。[6]
