祝介平（1965年—）是一位法國華人化學家。^[1]

生平

1984年獲得杭州師範大學化學系學士學位。1987年獲得蘭州大學碩士學位，師從李裕林。^[2]1991年獲得法國第十一大學博士學位。^[3]同年前往德州農工大學繼續博士後工作。1992年加入法國國家科學研究中心，先後任二級和一級主任研究員。^[4]2010年擔任洛桑聯邦理工學院教授。
