突襲51區，他們不能阻止我們所有人（英語：Storm Area 51, They Can't Stop All of Us）是一個Facebook活動，計劃於2019年9月20日闖入美國空軍內華達測試與訓練區（英語：Nevada Test and Training Range）內據傳和外星生命研究有關的51區。這一活動最早由Matty Roberts於2019年6月27日發起，但他之後闡明這只是為了喜劇效果，如果有人真的去嘗試闖入軍事基地，他不會對任何後果負責[1]。活動頁面上截至2019年9月17日為止，回應「參加」的有約211萬人，回應「有興趣」的人也達到了155萬人。[2][3][4][5][6]

美國空軍發言人蘿拉·麥克安德魯（Laura McAndrews）說，政府官員知道這一網絡迷因，不鼓勵人們去嘗試進入軍事重地[7]。內華達州執法部門也警告這一活動的潛在參與者不要做出非法侵入的行為。[8]

背景

51區位於美國內華達州南部的林肯縣，該區域設有一個空軍基地。從1950年代起，陸續有人在該基地周圍目擊不明飛行物（當時正值軍方在該區域試飛U-2偵察機）。之後，51區成為了有關外星人的陰謀論話題。美國中央情報局在2013年解密了與51區相關的文件，確認了51區的存在[9]。陰謀論者們相信51區存儲著外星人、不明飛行物或與它們相關的秘密[10][11]。2019年6月，五角大樓向國會議員提供了一份關於海軍飛行員遭遇不明飛行物的簡報[12]。美國總統川普也曾經拿到過類似報告。[13]

這一活動的創立人Matty Roberts是一位大學生，他在收看了2019年6月20日的《Joe Rogan Experience》節目之後萌生了這一念頭。節目中，Joe Rogan採訪了具有51區告密者和陰謀論者雙重身份的包伯·拉札，以及電影製作者Jeremy Corbell[14][15]。拉札宣稱他曾經在51區的某地下設施研究過外星飛船。[15][16]

Facebook活動以及網絡迷因

Matty Roberts在網絡上的身份為一位名為SmyleeKun的視頻遊戲播主[8]。他於6月27日開玩笑式地在Facebook上建立了這個活動，卻沒想到這一活動會病毒式地傳播開[17]。這一活動計劃於美國太平洋夏令時間2019年9月20日凌晨3時至6時闖入內華達州的阿馬戈薩谷（英語：Amargosa Valley）[1][7][8]。他在Facebook的活動頁面上寫道，「如果我們都採用鳴人跑，我們可以比他們的子彈還要快。讓我們一起去看看他們的外星人」。「鳴人跑」是指《火影忍者》中的主角漩渦鳴人與一些其他角色在奔跑時採用的特殊姿勢[5][12][18]。Roberts說這一活動在前三天大概僅收到40個簽名，然後忽然就開始病毒式地傳播[1][19]。這一網絡迷因最初大概是在抖音上傳播，之後開始散布到Reddit和Instagram上[20]。在Facebook上，該活動的主頁上已有數千諷刺性的帖子討論闖入51區的最佳手段[7]。此網絡迷因的病毒式傳播讓Roberts開始擔心會有美國聯邦調查局找上門來[19][15]。截至7月18日，已有160萬人回應「參加」該活動，120萬人回應「有興趣」[15]。至2019年9月17日為止，回應「參加」的有約211萬人，回應「有興趣」的人也達到了155萬人。[2][3][4][5][6]

說唱歌手納斯小子發布了歌曲〈鄉村老街〉（由揚·薩格和梅森·拉姆西重新混音）的音樂錄影帶，其中提及了這一計劃中的突襲。[21][22][23]

一些類似的活動，例如突襲耶穌基督後期聖徒教會的秘密保險庫[24]、突襲尼斯湖[25]和突襲百慕達三角[26]也被發起。

9月20日，UFO愛好者陸續前往內華達州沙漠地區，但人數只有2300多人，來到51區大門外的UFO愛好者更是只有150名[27]。

政府回應

7月10日，美國空軍發言人蘿拉·麥克安德魯在接受《華盛頓郵報》的採訪時談到，政府官員已經得知此活動的存在，並警告說：「51區是美國空軍的一個公開訓練場所，我們不鼓勵任何人在我們訓練美國空軍的時候嘗試進入該區域。」她接著補充道：「美國空軍時刻準備著保護美利堅合眾國與其財產。」[7] TMZ引用了一位匿名的內華達州執法機關官員的話，說政府機構正在密切關注人們對此貼文的反應；任何被發現侵入該地區的人會被「逮捕且會根據當地法律和軍事法對其提起訴訟」[8]。內利斯空軍基地的一位新聞幹事（public information officer）告訴KNPR（英語：KNPR），「任何嘗試非法進入該區域的行為都是非常不受歡迎的」[28]。Reddit上甚至有人發布美國空軍課堂的照片，照片中的美國空軍教官為了應對可能出現的情況在簡要地介紹鳴人跑。[29]

商業影響

當地

位於51區附近的、僅有56人常住居民的雷切爾（英語：Rachel, Nevada）（Rachel）上的商家已經對可能的來訪者做好了準備[28][30]。當地旅館Little A'Le'Inn的所有13個房間已經全被訂滿；他們計劃開啟30英畝（12公頃）的土地用於露營[5][28][30]。拉斯維加斯商人George Harris正在計劃邀請樂隊來演奏，並將其辦成一場年度盛宴，為其取名為「The Swarm」[28]。活動最先的發起者Matty Roberts也表示對51區外的音樂節的興趣[17]。內華達州博爾德城（英語：Boulder City, Nevada）Aliens R Us商店的老闆Kosmic Kae接受採訪時說道，雖然他的商店距離51區有170英里（270公里），但商店的生意因為人們對外星人逐漸高漲的情緒而開始興隆。[31]
