肅海嵐[1]（芬蘭語：Jarno Syrjälä），芬蘭外交官，曾任芬蘭駐中華人民共和國大使。
經歷
1988年畢業於瓦薩大學，獲得經濟學和工商管理碩士學位，主修市場行銷和國際貿易。[2]
1990年加入外交部，曾在柏林、華盛頓、拉馬拉、特拉維夫和雅加達任職。2010年至2013年，擔任駐沙烏地阿拉伯大使。2013年至2017年任非洲和中東司司長。[2][3][4]
2017年至2021年，出任芬蘭駐中華人民共和國大使。[3]2017年9月13日，向國家主席習近平遞交國書。[5]
2023年8月11日，芬蘭總統任命肅海嵐為國際貿易國務次卿，任期自2023年9月1日至2027年8月31日。[4]
