褐額斑啄木（中國大陸作褐額啄木鳥）（學名：Dendrocoptes auriceps），是鴷形目啄木鳥科的一種鳥類。[2]
特徵
褐額斑啄木體重約39.9克，翼長約114公釐，嘴峰長約23公釐，喙寬度約5.6公釐，喙厚度約5.8公釐，跗蹠長約18.2公釐，尾長約73.4公釐。褐額斑啄木在其分布區內為留鳥，其棲息在密集的高大樹木組成的森林中，食性為肉食性，主要食物來源是陸生無脊椎動物。[3]
分布
北俾路支斯坦和西喜馬拉雅山（阿富汗至北印度、尼泊爾）。[4]
